My display only says Hdmi no signal

My raspi reboots every ten seconds and the display says everytime "HDMI no Signal"
I tried:
Reinstalling
Other OSes

Try a different SD card, I assume other oses also reboot? Test with a different screen? A tv maybe

Yep i tried t on TV and other oses work

What is the sdcard speed? And did you edit the config.txt? I managed to get into a boot loop after editing the config.txt.

You TV has to support 1280x720
