Endless Rebooting on Raspberry Pi 4 - 9.0.1 Beta

As per title really: using a 64GB microSD with 9.0.1 Nightly (also tried 9.0.0 Beta), get the Emteria logo animate, then a colour chart and it and it keeps doing this over and over. Have a Pi 4 8GB, the only thing other than power plugged in is a 4k monitor.
Any tips? / obvious things i'm doing wrong? I've tried usb booting but assume that's not implementing as it doesn't get past bios (updated eeprom to latest verson).

Changed the monitor for a 1080p monitor and this fixed it.
