I'm blind and Lineage OS is not accessible out of the box with rpi4. I can already see that the installer for Windows is not accessible with this, but if I do get past that and get it booted, is there a screen reader ready for use? If not, how do you get one on there without sighted assistance?

I'm sorry, emteria OS is also not accessible out of the box. We don't ship with a screen reader. You would have to install for example TalkBack over F-Droid (see https://f-droid.org/de/packages/com.android.talkback/) after setting up the system.
