Getting OS-logs from remote
Is there a way for us to get hold of the OS-logs (LogCat) from remote?
For now we have to connect to network where our device is conneted and ADB into it. Is there a better way for this using the management-portal etc?
Any suggestions?

See https://emteria.com/kb/bug-reporting#submit-bugs for submitting a bugreport from the device. You can also trigger the bugreport from the management portal, there is a command "Send bugreport".
