Újraaktíválás

Több éve van két vásárolt, hivatalos licencem, az egyiket rendszeresen használom, és ezzel most az a gond, hogy nincs aktíválva. Nem fogadja el a aktiváló kódot, amit az email címemre kiír. Hogyan tudom visszaállítani a legális módot?
