Error contacting server. Request was invalid

When trying to activate my evaluation version, it will not let me sign in. It tells me "Error contacting server. Request was invalid. If i use the activation code method, it tells me "No suitable code for this device". I cannot figure out for the life of me how to get this Pi3B+ activated.
