Remote App Launch Not Working for EmteriaOS 15.4.0 (Raspberry Pi 5)

I’m encountering an issue with remote application control on a device running EmteriaOS 15.4.0 (Raspberry Pi 5).
While the remote stop functionality works correctly from the MDM platform, the remote start (launch) command does not seem to take effect — the app simply doesn’t open on the device.

Is this a known issue with this version or device?
Are there any specific permissions, settings, or requirements I might be missing for the remote start command to work?

Are you able to check logcat?

@legolas the button is generating a command in the command tab. Can you refresh the page and hover the status. What does it say?
